What is NIS2?

Directive (EU) 2022/2555, known as NIS2 and transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree No. 138/2024, strengthens the European cybersecurity regulatory framework. Its objective is to improve risk management, the protection of information systems and the resilience of the organizations concerned.
